Chloé Rozy Sapelkine “build[s] houses and pimp[s] humans”. Intertwining the practice of aesthetics and composition, Chloé's work connects, through the term "make up", makeup and construction. They create avatars adorned with jewelry, wigs, corsets, prostheses and gloves. Driven by a desire to increase the body, to expand the self on stage, they adventure their humans into the pink interiors of cardboard houses.

These soft sculptures, armored clothing and soft houses, are available in kits, transported here and there, ready to make everyone's daily life more magical. Made from salvaged elements, like 3D collages, they invite us to rethink waste and materialize both the precariousness of a damaged world and the solidarity that results from it. They are works dedicated to friendship, sharing and celebration, which awaken the senses; spaces to be [with] others, where we emancipate ourselves together by transforming our appearance.
